The Placement Group is seeking an experienced and motivated Senior recruitment consultant to join our thriving Allied Health team. As an established, NHS Framework-approved business, we are proud to be a trusted partner to healthcare providers across the UK — and we are growing.
This is an opportunity to step into a hot desk within our AHP/HSS division, inheriting a strong client base and active vacancies from day one. You will play a key role in developing relationships, driving revenue, and delivering exceptional service to both clients and candidates.

What we’re looking for…
While healthcare recruitment experience is advantageous, it is not essential. What matters most is your proven track record in sales or recruitment, your drive to succeed, and your ability to build strong relationships.
You will bring:
- Demonstrable recruitment expertise or a strong background in sales performance
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
- High levels of motivation and resilience
- The ability to manage deadlines and work proactively
- A professional, ambitious and results-focused attitude
- (Desirable) Knowledge of healthcare or medical recruitment
